Machine Tune up/Cleaning and Services
We are now partnered with John Whitenack for machine servicing. John is certified in all makes and models, including antique and industrial. Sewing machine maintenance came naturally to him with a wife that has a lot of sewing machines, and a background in repairing and maintaining chemical processing equipment.
General clean and service: $125, 4 week turn time guarantee
Rush clean and service: $165, 2 week turn time guarantee
Emergency service: $350 minimum, includes same day service and delivery if necessary (hourly rate applied after first 4 hours)
Repair rate: $55 per hour
Diagnostic: $50 (will be applied towards repair and/or servicing cost)
In home/on site servicing and repair: $50 trip fee (within 20 miles)+ hourly repair rate or general service rate
Clients further than 20 miles: $85 trip fee
All clean and service jobs include 60 day warranty on adjustments from date of service.

Quilting services are done completely by free motion quilting. This is to keep to the artistic appeal that you have already put into your quilt.
Both backing and batting for quilts, must be 5 inches larger or more than the quilt top on all sides, (ie: top is 60x60, backing and batting must be 70x70) batting is available for purchase.
Quilting Services do not include batting and or backing. Please see chart below for cost.

All Quilts will have a thread fee of $5 to $10 dollars depending on quilt size, quilting density or number of thread changes.
Free Motion Longarm Rental- Appointments scheduled online now
$25.00 an hour, minimum two hour rental time.
A non refundable deposit of $50 is required upon booking for the minimum rental time, which will be credited back to the customer upon their booked day. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to transfer your deposit to another day. Failure to reschedule before 48 hours will result in a lost deposit.
Each new customer to book a day will receive one free lesson with practice materials provided. This will take place the morning of your booked day followed by quilting your own project. If you choose to quilt your project another day after the lesson, a dew deposit will be made upon your next booking.
Customer to arrive between 10am and 12pm or they will lose their day and deposit. If the customer is going to be late, a phone call or prior scheduling conversation with Jessica or Maxwell is required.

If your materials do not meet the size requirements you may be subject to schedule change with a new deposit.
Thread is provided in house for a thread fee of $1.00 per bobbin wound. This fee includes top and bottom thread of your choice from our collection of 100% cotton threads. Outside thread will not be accepted for use.
A cotton Cupboard staff member is available all day to help with loading, thread changes, bobbin winding, design help, general troubleshooting, etc. We have your back!
